He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Japps and Winnie E. Japps (Babcock); and his brother Karl R. Japps of Elgin. He is survived by: his wife Cindy E. Japps (Davis); his children, David C. Japps of Columbus, Timothy J. Japps of East Point, Georgia., Michael E. Davis (Michelle Fox), Danielle E. Mallicoat (Michael) of Woodstock and Matthew R. Japps of Gainesville, Georgia.; and his pets, Nugent, Starla, Aerial, Lacey, Angel and Stubby. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers please give generously in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project or The Lustgarten Foundation (the largest funder of Pancreatic Cancer research).
