He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary J. Browning and Hattie Stover Browning; his wife Bobbie Jean Loggins Browning; and his children, Michael Browning, Bo Browning and Tina Neal.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Amanda Blankenship, Tiffany Jackson and Jessica Neal; his sisters, Madelin Fowler and Sherry Wiley; and his niece Diane Porter (Bucky). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews & other relatives.
