He was predeceased by: his parents, Rainey H., Sr. and Nora Neal. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Neal and Kathy; his brother-in-law Thomas Mote; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Carroll Walls; his brother Rainey H., Jr.; and his sister-in-law Rosalyn Neal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
