He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dean and Martha Chester Holtzclaw; and his sister Gail Shope. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Holtzclaw; his son Derick Holtzclaw; his grandchildren, Elaria Holtzclaw, Emilyn Holtzclaw and Olivia Holtzclaw; and his sisters, Jean Foster (Jerry) and Sherry Shook (Bryce). He is also survived by nieces, nephews & other relatives.
