With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dan White of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beacher White and Mellie Segars White; and his siblings, Edith Goodson, Peggy Goodson, Denver White and Dennis White.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith White of Gainesville; his children, Scott Jackson of Jasper, Danette White Canfield (Scott) of Lavonia, Andrea White Irvin (Drew) of Baldwin and Rebecca Jackson Carey (Clinton) of Johns Creek; his grandchildren, Kayla Leverette (Meagan Lovell), Abby Irvin (Maggie Irvin), Jack Irvin (Holden Jackson), Morgan Jackson Pair (Mary Beth Jackson) and Anna Carey (Jack Carey); his great grandchildren, Evan Leverette and Bryan Leverette; and his siblings, Phil White of Alto, Willette Mote of Demorest and Trudy Galloway of Alto. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
