He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Britt and Marie Turner Ritter; his sister Judith Hiers; and his son Chad Beckwith Britt. He is survived by: his stepfather Herman Vasser Ritter; his wife Karen Beckwith Britt; his son Christopher Daniel Britt (Stephanie) of Winder, GA; and his grandchild Tripp Daniel Britt.
