In the vast expanse of eternity, Curtis shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Curtis farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Dilmus Pethel and Clara Graham Pethel; his siblings, Royce, Nannerl and Doris; and his spouse LaRue Bell.
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Riverside Chapel (989 Riverside Dr, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
