She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard O. Jones and Dorothy Mae Jones; her sons, Donnie Ray Garrett and Dannie Lamar Garrett; and her brother Richard O. Jones, Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Fred W. Mayberry of Gainesville; her children, David Randall Garrett and Debe; her son-in-law Mark Alexander; and her siblings, Kenneth Jones, Dorothy, James Nelson, Marie and Dan Jones. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
