She was predeceased by: her mother Gwendolyn Turner; and her grandparents, Marcus, Estelle Turner, LJ and Camilla McCann.
She is survived by: her sons, Jaquice Robertson, Ashley Turner and Swan Turner; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Turner, Tra'Varian Standifer, Jacee Dukes and Paisley McCray; her siblings, Beverly (Lateef), Hamin, Gregory Turner, Sharon Alexis (St), Yvonne (Elcano), Broadwater and Marshal Teekasingh (Osbert); and her nieces and nephews, Shalia Campbell, Shamone Evans, Sharif Alexis, Skye Alexis, Tamara Turner and Manaje Teekasingh. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
She also extended her love for children as she worked with the JWGwen Learning Academy during the pandemic to help kids to catch up with their work and housekeeping abilities.
