He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Yvette Remey. He is survived by: his wife Joy Iris-Gowens Eberhart of Gainesville; his children, Zachery Kitterman of Lawrenceville, Brooke Eberhart of Snellville and Christopher John "C. J." Eberhart II of Snellville; his stepchildren, Lacey Gowens of Monroe and Tyler Gowens of Gulf Port, MS; his grandchildren, Kasyn, R. J. and Logan; his brothers, Ron Eberhart (Nid) of Cumming, Scott Eberhart of Casper, WY and Bart Biddy (Jenny); his aunt Yvonne Franklin; and his cousins, Mike and Jack Garland. He is also survived by several other family member and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to a memorial fund to the Flowery Branch Lodge #212.
