It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles I Babcock III (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Coral Gables, Florida, who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles I. Babcock, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne (Georgia) of Gainesville; his children, Charles Joshua, Christopher Hays Babcock (Kacy) of Greenville, SC and Laura Elizabeth Baxley (Anderson) of Greenville, SC; his mother Mary Hays Babcock (Hays) of Vero Beach, FL; and his siblings, Dr. Evelyn Babcock of Dallas, TX, Calvin H. Babcock (Becky) of Ocala, FL and Lisa B. Taylor (Jim) of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
