He was predeceased by: his parents, James Escot and Elizabeth Saxon Eubanks; and his siblings, James J. R. Eubanks, Cliff Eubanks and Betty Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Cooper Eubanks of Gainesville; his children, Carrie Barron of Dacula and Blair Eubanks; his granddaughters, Katherine Barron of Anchorage, AK, Lauren Barron of Doraville, GA and Jennifer Barron of Atlanta, GA.; and his daughter PawPaw. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
