He is survived by: his son Lamar Barrett of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Taylor Barrett of Gainesville, Joshua, Ashley Barrett of Gainesville, Zach, Joanna Barrett of Mt. Airy, Nicholas Barrett of Gainesville and Jacob Barrett of Gainesville; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Oakleigh and Beckham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
