She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Reed Fowler. She is survived by: her boyfriend Randall Walter; her mother Barbara Ann Smith Fowler; her children, Hope Flanagan, Megan Jones and Austin Nelms; her uncle Tony Smith; and her aunt Teresa Greenway. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren.
