She was predeceased by: her parents, Silvie Duncan and Elizabeth Duncan (Owen); her husbands, Wilbert Stowers and Hal Waters; her son Johnny Stowers; her brothers, Gene Duncan and Boyd Duncan; and her son-in-law Sam Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her children-in-law, David Stowers of Dawsonville and Maria Stowers; her grandsons, Joshua Stowers (Emily) and Dillion Stowers (Kaitlyn); her great grandchildren, Ellia Robinson, Aiden Stowers, Ashton Stowers and Gabriel Stowers; her sister-in-law Chris Duncan; her brother Floyd; and her sister-in-law Sherry Duncan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
