He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnson Stephens and Lillie Mae Stephens; his son Decoris Rucker; and his siblings, John Willie Stephens, Jack Charles Stephens, Pinky Dora Lee Demory and Christine Stephens Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Satonya Cotton, Keisha Bates (Vonell), Camille Rubin, Jermaine Payne, Torez Williams, Bobby Stephens (Chiffon) and Autumn Humphries; his siblings, Freddie Stephens, Kenneth Brewster Stephens Sr., Willie Nathaniel Stephens, Charles Wright and Emma Lou Hunter; and his uncle AJ Stephens. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wimberly Funeral Home (325 Summit St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (1010 Mill St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501).
