He is survived by: his mother Mavis Deanna Perry of Dahlonega, GA; his sisters, Justa Ayers of Holly Hills, FL, Sandie Thomas of Warren, NC, Brandie Thomas of Gainesville, GA and Terri Thomas Morris of Gainesville, GA; his friend Brandi Smith; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Martin, Tyler Brewer of Dawsonville, GA, Frankie Thomas Martin of Gainesville, GA, Lamar Thomas of Gainesville, GA, Jerry Thomas of Gainesville, GA and Frankie Perry of Dahlonega, GA; and his sister Kaitlin Brewer-Warren (Ben Warren) of Dawsonville, GA.
