She is survived by: her husband John Andrew Carter; her son Chris (Jamie Forrester); her stepchildren, Allison Carter of Raeford, NC, Gary, Nancy Carter of Cumming, GA, Cheryl, John Satterfield of Gainesville, GA, Jodie, Ron Lewallen of Maysville, GA, Susan Carter of Alpharetta, GA, Scott and Joni Carter of Sylva, NC; her grandchildren, Robbie McLean, Carlie, Josh Jones, Chase, Amy Forrester, Emma Forrester, Nathanael, Angie Carter, David Carter, Stephanie Carter, Johanna Carter, Blake, Jana Carter, Crystal, Joe Penland, Chris Satterfield, Camille, Justin Hooper, Alicia Lewallen, Bridgett, Matt Crumley, Louis, Christin Miller, John Luke Carter, Micah, Devan Carter, Zechariah, Meredith Carter and Anna Beth Carter; her siblings, Andy, Linda Watkins, Shirley Palmer and Daisy Gibson; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Watkins. She is also survived by many great Grandchildren.
