He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Tyner Head; and his siblings, Louise Ridley, Conabelle Grizzle, Edith Segars, Jack Head, Azalea Tritt, Bencie Mills, Barbara West, Frank Head and Johnny Head.
He is survived by: his son Scott Head (Kathy); his grandson Michael; and his brother-in-law Steve Tyner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
