With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ben Douglas Phillips (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on May 16, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Wilson Phillips and Lois Phillips (Owen). He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Phillips (Quick); his sons, Chad Phillips (Fredda), Ben Phillips, Tony Munoz (Polly) and Mike Munoz (Robin); his grandchildren, Samantha, Olivia, Tyler and Brandon; and his great grandchild Ava Grace.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be observed at a later date.
