She is survived by: her husband Kerry Collins; her children, Kelli Withrow (Mike) and Clete Collins (Christi); her grandchildren, Brandon Withrow (Elizabeth), Calah Coker (Karson), Avery Withrow (Ashley), Aly Cook (Tucker), Jayden Withrow and Ryland Collins; her great grandchildren, Kohan Coker, Charlotte Withrow, Collins Coker and Sammy Withrow; her siblings, Tara Kersh, Steve Whitfield, Tim Garner, Tammy Murray and Mark; and her sister-in-law Chris Collins. She is also survived by cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to either a local non-profit, Beyond Dementia Coalition Fund, or Thumbs Up Mission in Jean's honor.
