She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Laurene Westerman (Reinhart) and John Philip Westerman I; her husband William Laurence Carlisle, Sr.; her siblings, John Philip Westerman II (Charmaine), Wayne P. Westerman, Charles Earl Westerman (Dottie) and Marylee Westerman Bredenberg (Richard); and her sister-in-law Rosemary Siebern.
She is survived by: her children, William Laurence Carlisle, Jr. (Julie), Ronald Forrest Carlisle (Sherri) and Patricia Louise Carlisle; her grandchildren, Brooke Elizabeth Carlisle and William Christopher Carlisle; and her cousin Sandra Sue Coleman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Gainesville, Georgia.
