He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Morrise Kirby, Sr. and Winnona Dawson Kirby; his wife Rose Marie Strickland Kirby; his stepmother Margaret Ratliff Kirby; and his sister Gladys Kirby Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Scott (Kathleen Kirby), Keith (Carolyn Kirby) and Jackie; his son-in-law John Younker of Pooler, GA; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Melissa Kirby of Warner Robbins, GA; his daughter Ann Marie; his son-in-law Robert Reed of Springfield, MO; and his sisters, Margaret Kirby Warnock (Johnny Warnock) and Allene Kirby Swoope (Dake Swoope). He is also survived by niece, nephews and other loving relatives.
