He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Grindle and Naomi Grindle (Calloway) of Gainesville, Georgia.; and his wife Sue Grindle. He is survived by: his sons, Alan (Pamala Grindle) and Larry (Vickie Grindle); and his siblings, Lottie Cleveland, Claudine Moore and Claude Grindle of Gainesville. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Chapel Funeral Home (1190 McEver Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
