It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Russell McGahie of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Althea McGahie and Harry McGahie. He is survived by: his wife Donna McGahie; his daughters, Tanya Moffett-Squires, Beth McGahie and Stephanie McGahie; his siblings, Jennifer Ayers of Watertown and Paul McGahie of Goshen; and his grandchildren, Christian Brooks, Caleb Brooks, Alora Schoettlin, Matthew Garrett and Madison Brooks. He is also survived by father; siblings.
