He is survived by: his wife Karen Russell of Franklin; his sons, Wallace B. Russell, Jr. of Franklin and Roger Russell (Melanie) of Senoia; his grandchildren, Joshua Adams, Amber Sweat, Zephanee Maguire and Logan Russell; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Kade and Kyler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
