He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry N. Phillips and Bessie Phillips (Whitley). He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane Phillips (Hardy); his daughters, Sheila Phillips and Tabitha Danielle Phillips; and his grandson Tristan Phillips.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263).
