He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Baltes and Arlene Maud Baltes; and his brothers, Reginald A Baltes and James D Baltes. He is survived by: his wife Mary George Baltes; his daughters, Angela Whitehall and Ruth Waldrop; and his siblings, Tina Bass, Deborah Jamrosz, Pamela Vasquez (Ed) and Nick Baltes (Reign). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary (1010 Mooty Bridge Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240). The military honors was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Prospect Church. A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Terry to the Flat Rock Campground.
