With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Teri Cochran Brooks of Franklin, Georgia, born in Douglasville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2024 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cochran and Dorothy Bell Cochran; her son Howard C. Brooks III; and her brother Tony Smith. She is survived by: her husband Howard C. Brooks Jr.; her siblings, Derrell Cochran, Wayne Cochran and Gwen Saxon; her nephew Wayne Morgan; and her great-nephew Rynn Morgan. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
