He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Eford and Irene Walton Lee; his wife Elizabeth Haynes (Betty); his brother Forrest; his sister-in-law Mary Lee; his sister Phyllis; his brothers-in-law, Allen Hood and Ray Lawrence; his niece Amy Lee Hendrix; and his granddaughter Katherine Maclin (Kara).
He is survived by: his sister Lynda Lawrence of Clermont; and his daughters, Georgiana Maclin (Gary) of Lancaster, TX, Cindy Simmons (Wayne) of LaBelle, FL and Patti Stitcher (Dave) of Temple. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to Gideons International.
