She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassel Leavon Parmer and Bertha Mae Perry Parmer; and her grandmother Lavadar Smith. She is survived by: her children, Brandy Parmer Dutton of Franklin and TJ Hamil (Abi) of Commerce, GA; her son-in-law Andre Person; her grandchildren, Shea Wulff (Drew), Mica Dutton, Jax Hamil and Jaren Hamil; her great grandchildren, Rilyn Wulff and Everleigh Wulff; and her sisters, Judy Gantt of Franklin, Brenda Oakes of Roanoke, Susan Moore of LaGrange and Betty Yarbrough (Todd) of LaGrange. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Glenloch Baptist Church.
