It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reggie Allen Baltes (Franklin, Georgia), born in Marshall, Indiana, who passed away on April 18, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Baltes and Arlene Maude Millizer Baltes; his granddaughter Regina Elsea; and his brother Jim Baltes. He is survived by: his wife Jean Baltes of Roanoke; his children, Angel Ogle (Robbie) of Valley, AL and Gary Parsons of Franklin; and his siblings, Regina Bass of Glenn, Pam Basquez (Ed) of LaGrange, Debra Jamrosz (Jim) of Indiana, Terry Baltes of Glenn and Nick Baltes (Raiyn) of Glenn. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
