We bid farewell to Ray Traylor of Franklin, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 17, 2024 at the age of 74. Ray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Thomas Traylor and Nadine Arrington Traylor; and his sister Barbara Spradlin. He is survived by: his daughter Sandi Lea Traylor of Winston, GA; his siblings, Sherrie Mooney (Johnny) of Franklin, Wilma Putzek of Franklin, Brenda Rogers (Donald) of Franklin, Rana Cosper (Tilman) of LaGrange and Tony Traylor (Carol) of Franklin; and his nephew Phillip Spradlin (Melanie) of Franklin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stutts Funeral Home (2717 Franklin Pkwy, Franklin, GA 30217). The lying in state was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the High Point Church of God (8485 Frolona Rd, Franklin, GA 30217). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
