She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Cleveland Patrick and Eloise Denney Patrick; and her brother James Lanier "Jimmy" Patrick. She is survived by: her sister Judy Patrick Clifton of Franklin; her sister-in-law Rita Patrick; her niece Mandy Senn (Dion); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Callie and Colby Senn of Franklin; her niece Jennifer Patrick Waters (Shane); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden Waters, Mason Waters and Reese Holloway of Senoia; her niece Kimberly Patrick Kapetanakos (Jimmy); and her great-niece Elena of Iva, SC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Franklin Methodist Church in Polly's memory.
