She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fletcher Phillips and Maddie Mae Hester Phillips; her husband Perry O'Neal Hallmark; her children, Robbie Hallmark, Ren Hallmark and Roger Hallmark; and her grandchildren, Amy Rivers, Neal Hallmark and Steven Haze.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Rivers (Keith) of Franklin, Susan Hallmark of Cumming and Bobby Hallmark (Carol) of Franklin. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
