He is survived by: his former wife Sheila Faye Skipper Brown of Franklin; his sons, Zachary Skipper-Brown of Franklin and Timothy Brown of Franklin; his sisters, Amanda Wilson of Jasper, AL, Taleah Gray (Roger) of Carrollton and Tonya Harcrow (Brandon) of Franklin; and his stepsister Holly Stubbs of Franklin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
