It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Matthew Hunter Huey (Franklin, Georgia), who passed away at the age of 15, on August 2, 2022. He is survived by: his parents, Ashley Nicole Muse Huey of Franklin and Todd Huey; and his siblings, Ally Huey, Aubrey Huey, Avery Huey, Todd Huey, Jr. and Bo Huey. He is also survived by great-grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heard County Athletic Department in Hunter's name.
