He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Corey Entrekin of Bremen; his nieces, Kimberly McKinney (Travis) of Carrollton and Kelly Ingram (Matt) of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, John Entrekin, Peyton McKinney, Austin Ingram and Lane McKinney; and his brothers, David Howell (Sharon), Ricky Howell and Michael Howell (Beverly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
