He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie and Posie Allen, Sr.; his wife Dorthula Allen; his children, Hazel Allen Kimble and Charle Hubbard "Hubcap" Allen; and his siblings, Charle Swint, Andrew Freeland, Robert Allen, Ruby Kate Hunt, Eris Jones and Willie Maude Cammon.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Lee Allen of Newnan, GA, Randy Allen of LaGrange, GA, Rosa Nell Bonner of Carrollton, GA, Roberta Smith (Mike) of Roanoke, AL and Teresa "CoCo" Allen of Franklin, GA. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
