Irma Shelnutt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Shelnutt (Franklin, Georgia), who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hyatt and Clara Eley Hyatt; her husband H. J. Shelnutt; her siblings, Ethel Crockett Stephens of Centralhatchee, Fred Hyatt of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and J. L. Hyatt of Concord, Massachusetts; her grandson Jacob Richard Loftin; and her great grandchild Ava Grace Nelms.

She is survived by: her children, Hal Shelnutt and Rita Loftin; her son-in-law Chuck Loftin; her great grandchildren, John and Jennifer Nelms; her children, Aiden, Johnathan, Evelyn, Ripp, Joe, Amy Loftin, Zach, Alex Loftin, Leona Johnson, Daniel, Nicole Frith, Caleb Frith, Henry Weaver, Tyler, Kaygan Frith, Joshua Loftin, Jacob and Chelsea Johnson; and her grandchildren, Carter, Mason and Chance Shelnutt. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
