He was predeceased by: his mother Robin Woodall Ray; his siblings, Donna Kay Farmer and Timothy Ray; his granddaughter Alaina Ray; and his mother-in-law Delores Jiles.
He is survived by: his wife Angel Ray of Franklin; and his daughters, Candace Cabrera (Orlando) of Carrollton, Chelsie Ray of Franklin, Katie Ray of Franklin and Lorie Ray of Franklin.
