He was predeceased by: his father James Darnell Cole; and his aunt Lavelle Cole Richardson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Nell Stephens Cole of Franklin; his son Bryan Alan Cole of Franklin; his grandchildren, Julia Cole, Brianna Cole, Kaylin Cole and Jocelyn Cole; and his close friend Carly Moore of Roanoke. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
