He is survived by: his wife Sara Nell Horsley Adams; his children, Jeffery Shane of Franklin, Georgia, Tamara Adams of Franklin, Georgia, April Dawn of Franklin, Georgia, Steve Bowling of Franklin, Georgia, Heather Jean of Franklin, Georgia and Jeff Brown of Franklin, Georgia; his siblings, Margaret Ann (Larry Muse) of Carrollton, Georgia, Shirley Adams of Carrollton, Georgia and William Randal "Randy"; his sister-in-law Connie Adams of Carrollton, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Shannon Lee, Anthony Cagle of Franklin, Samantha Marie Adams of Bowdon and Hannah Renee Bowling of Franklin, Georgia. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; eight nieces; and three nephews.
