It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd W. Rivers of Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Rivers and Ruth Webb Rivers; his brother Billy Rivers; and his granddaughter Amy Rivers. He is survived by: his wife Jill Rivers; his sons, Lemuel Rivers (Darlene), Carlton Rivers (Gail) and Keith Rivers (Sharon); his stepson Norman Tripp; his grandchildren, Miranda Spruill (Marty), Sarah Ashley Rivers, Abby Smith (Jordan), Luke Rivers (Kristen), Samuel Rivers, Kevin Rivers (Jessica), Bethany Rivers, Angel Rivers, Adam Rivers (Sheena), Anna Bass (Ryan), Alex Tripp, Andy Tripp and Jake Tripp; his great grandchildren, Leelyn, CJ, Hunter, Ronan, Korbyn, Addelyn, Everleigh, Beau, Caleb, Callie, Kya, Grace, Audrey, Allyssa, Addison, Kylee, Blake and Charlie; and his siblings, Blanche Collins, James Rivers, Damon Rivers, Gary Rivers and Genelle Chambers.
