She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rufus Bowen and Lucy Hale Bowen; her husband Eugene Burnham; her son Richard Danny Burnham; and her great grandchild Alvin Eugene Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Don Burnham of Franklin, Jack Burnham of Fairburn, Kathy Thomason (Jimmy) of Villa Rica and Crystal Bagley (Randy) of Douglasville; and her siblings, Eugene Bowen of LaGrange and Adelle Hanners of Hogansville. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
