She was predeceased by: her mother Lula Mae Rutledge; and her siblings, Gladys "Gittle" Hill, Harvey Rutledge and Cleveland Rutledge, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Frankie Berry Wise (Garland), Ted Berry (Sue) and Allen Rutledge (Gloria); her sisters, Martha Brown and Baby Ruth Rutledge; her niece Marselene Rutledge; her nephew Cleveland Rutledge, Jr.; and also Geraldine Swint. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
