He is survived by: his wife Rachel Skinner of Franklin; his children, Donnie Skinner, Jr. (Laura) of Indiana, Stacey Skinner of Colorado and Lisa Marie Clark of Connecticut; his stepdaughters, Dianne Watson (Gene) and Deborah Merciers (Michael); and his sisters, Janice Stanley of Salisbury, NC, Brenda Royer (Jim) of Bonita Springs, FL, Judy Hubbard (Steve) of Temple and Patricia Stransky (Patrick) of Gay. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; one-great-grandchild.
