He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Howard Caswell and Mattie Davis Caswell; his son Lamar Ragland; his siblings, David Caswell and Linda Toney; and his brother-in-law Pete Lavoie.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hyatt Caswell of Franklin; his sons, Chase Ragland of Franklin, Bobby Ragland of Franklin and Paul Ragland (Emmie) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Jakob Lamar Ragland (Beverly), Faith Ragland, Jazzlyn Smith, Shyan Ragland, Caitlin Ragland and Joey White; his sister Judy Lavoie of Franklin; his cousins, Larry and Betty Arrington; his brother-in-law Larry Hyatt (Pam); and his nephew Danny Lavoie (Kim). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stutts Funeral Home (2717 Franklin Pkwy, Franklin, GA 30217). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
