He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Samuel Sapp and Mary Bessie Howard Sapp; his wife Virginia Sapp; and his siblings, Shirley Sapp and Lester Sapp.
He is survived by: his sister Helen Knauth of Pensacola, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Smith, Jana Fitzgibbon, Richard Knauth, Dennis Knauth and Adam Allgood. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
