It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Hand of Franklin, Georgia, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Raymond Todrowski and Marian Bernadette Kempka Todrowski. She is survived by: her husband David Hand; her daughters, Carin Jade Hand of Franklin, Debra Allene Tanner (Jason Coleman) of Franklin and Amanda Deane Hand (Allen Mitchell) of Franklin; her siblings, Richard David Todrowski of Fairburn and Christine Duggan of Jacksonville, FL; her sister-in-law Gypsy Troutner of Rotonda West, FL; and her grandchildren, Jadon, Destiny, Jeremiah, Dixie, Logan, Aryanna, Matthew, Brehanna and Annabelle.
